3、Start C/T protocol on the next day morning if data OK, approved by attending

or oncology fellow 。

4、Set up IV line with D5W 500 ml run 125 ml/h。

5、Give premedication with

a)     Cimetidine 300 mg IVF。

b)     Vexan 50 mg IVF。

c)     Dexan 20 mg IVF。

     a)b) at 3 0 min before Paclitaxel begins。

c) at 12 and 6 hrs before Paclitaxel at：

6、Paclitaxel ( 135 – 175) mg/m² total    gm in 300ml D5w run 100ml/h with     

   0.22um in -line filter at：

7、Give antiemetic with

a)     Zofran 8 mg IVF 。         b) Dexan 10 mg IVF。

     a)b) at 3 0 min before cisplatin and q8h for 4 doses。

8、Set up IV line with

      #1   D5W 500 c.c.      #2   D5S 500 c.c.

      #3   D5W 500 c.c.         each run 500 c.c./hr

      #4   Cisplatin 75 Mg /M2 , total -mg in 500 c.c.N/S IV drip in 1 hr

      #5    20% mannitol 300 c.c. IV drip in 30 min。

      #6 - 7 D5W 500 c.c. each run (250 - 500) c.c./hr 。

      than keep with D5W run 80 c.c./hr on 2 day 。

9、Novamin I Amp IM q4h pm if nausea , vomiting。

10、Primeran 3# qid and ativan I# qid or Zofran (4mg) 2# q8h from D2 to D6 (tobeusedwhennausea&vomitingonprimperan) 。

11、Dexan 2# bid on D2 to D4 then Dexan I# bid on D5 & D6。

12、Reuord 1/0 q8h。
