Clinical Information:

The year-old female patient is case of {{primary, secondary}}infertility. Female factor is {{tubal, ovulatory, uterine, multiple, unexplained}} and male factor is {{normal, oligospermia, asthenospermia, teratospermia, oligoasthenospermia, anti-sperm Ab, asoospermia,}}. She has been treated by hyperovulation induction with {{HMG, u-FSH, Follegon, Puregon, Gonal-F, Clomiphene, Others}} U and {{HMG, u-FSH, Follegon, Puregon, Gonal-F, Clomiphene, Others}} U after pituirary suppression by {{nil, GnRH-agonist, GnRH-Agonist, Other}}. HCG was administered {{5,000, 10,000}}U after at least 2 leading follicles larger than 16mm.

Operative procedures:

The patient was placed in the lithotomy position. Vaginal douching and perineal preparation were done with 200 ml of flush medium. The aspiration needle was rinsed with flush medium and put into the guide needle above the vaginal probe and suction tube was connected with negative pressure at 100 mm H2O.
