Explain: Tubal Embryo Transfer
Content:
Type of Operation:
Clinical Information:
The embryo transfer is performed on {{D1, D2, D3}} after oocyte retrieval and [[in-vitro fertilization, ICSI]]. The embryo was cultured and will be transferred after [[AHA, blastomere biopsy, cytoplasm transfer, pronucleus transfer, other manipulation, no manipulation]]. After well explained, the patient is brought to operation room for embryo transfer. The quality of embryos to be transferred are as following:
Embryo 1: {{euqal, unequal}} graded {{I, II, III, VI, V, VI, fragmented}} cells
Embryo 2: {{euqal, unequal}} graded {{I, II, III, VI, V, VI, fragmented}} cells
Embryo 3: {{euqal, unequal}} graded {{I, II, III, VI, V, VI, fragmented}} cells
Embryo 4: {{euqal, unequal}} graded {{I, II, III, VI, V, VI, fragmented}} cells
Embryo 5: {{euqal, unequal}} graded {{I, II, III, VI, V, VI, fragmented}} cells
Embryo 6: {{euqal, unequal}} graded {{I, II, III, VI, V, VI, fragmented}} cells

Operative procedures:
The patient was placed in the lithotomy position. Viginal douching and perineal preparation were done with flush medium. Catheterization of the bladder was performed using a Foley catheter.
An intravaginal probe with a sona-guide ovum aspiration needle was prepared for oocyte retrieval.
The following oocytes were retrieved from both ovaries using an the ovum aspiration needle .
Remove the probe and check bleeding. An infraumbilical transverse incision (approximately 1 cm in diameter) was made for the 1st puncture. The peritoneal cavity was examined first after the laparoscope was introduced. A suprapubic small incision (approximately 0.5 cm in diameter) was made for the 2nd puncture. After the residual blood in the peritoneal cavity was sucked out, an atraumatic grasping forceps was introduced via the 2nd puncture and the fimbriae of the tube was grasped and fixed at upright position. A 3rd puncture at midpoint between the 1 st and the 2nd puncture was made and a GIFT catheter was introduced into the peritoneal cavity.
Embryo intrafallopian transfer was performed:
After the transfers, the tube was fixed at upright position for 3 minutes and then released carefully.
Check bleeding.
Deflate the abdominal cavity and remove the laparoscope
Approximate the skin incision with 3‑0 vicryl,
interruptedly.
Right tube:_________embryo, _____ cm in depth.
