Clinical Information:

The patient was placed in supine position. The abdomen was cleaned with soap and beter iodine followed by draping. After general anesthesia, a semicircular incision of the skin just below the umbilicus was made. After the peritoneal cavity was opened, the uterine fundus was at the umbilical level. The right fallopian tube was grasped. Ligated with 1-0chromic catgutand cut. Then the left tubewas ligated and cut. The abdomen was closed. The blood loss was minimal. The patient’s condition was stable.
